Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with what you received and would like to return or exchange it, please send us an email immediately after receiving it with your name, address, date of Invoice, and reason for return or exchange. For immediate action, you can use our online Return Form also. Returns have to be within 10 days from receipt of the product. We will provide you a “Return Merchandise Authorization” RMA Number which you have to write on top of the package. Merchandise without “RMA” number will not be accepted. The package must be returned with a pre-paid shipping fee. We will not accept any c.o.d. deliveries. Merchandise worn, damaged during wearing, altered, or misused are not returnable. Certain items, on sales items or merchandise sold on deals, are sold on a “FINAL SALE” or PRIOR APPROVAL by sending pictures and items made on special order are not returnable.
Please make sure you pack the box with a good insulation bubble pack and have the box fully insured with tracking. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of box on the way to us.
Please let us know if you would like to exchange it with other piece(s). There is a 10% return and handling fee will be charged. We will refund the difference of value upon time of replacing with other piece of your choice.
